This vital initiative, expertly facilitated by renowned corporate trainer and consultant, who has worked with big names like the United Nation Food and Agriculture Organization in the person of Mrs. Gifty Ofori, underscores the hospital’s unwavering dedication to providing healthcare that is not only clinically excellent but also compassionate, respectful, and responsive to patient needs.
This training is a direct reflection of our deep commitment to the principles enshrined in the Ghana Patient’s Charter. The workshop was designed to translate these rights into the daily actions and attitudes of every staff member—from the records to the clinical wards.
